OUR POLICY
Inkverse Group ships within the continental United States. No international or Canadian orders at this time.
We process and ship out orders within 3 to 5 business days after payment is received. This can be extended during busy seasons to 5 to 7 business days after payment is received.
We are not open on Saturdays and Sundays, therefore, any orders placed over the weekend or on Friday will not be shipped until the following week. If you need rush shipping, contact us.
Shipping during the cold winter months can vary since tattoo ink doesn’t fare well when exposed to temperatures at or below freezing. If you have any questions about your order, contact us.
We only ship to verified professional tattoo artists doing business out of their retail shop.
Once your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking number.
Due to the nature of the tattoo industry we do not accept returns. If there is any issue with your order contact us and we will do our very best to resolve the issue.
If your order arrives damaged and unusable you must submit a picture of the damaged box the same day you receive it. We resolve these types of issues on a case by case basis after image review.
